Dear Wolverine customer: 

We hope you and your family are staying well during the COVID-19 crisis. These are troubling times for all of us, and we wanted to provide some level of assurance that we will continue providing you with the service you’ve come to expect from us. 

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued its Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce and has provided further detailed guidance on identifying essential critical infrastructure workers. DHS has included as "essential" all the roles workers in the water treatment industry play in delivering clean, safe water.

You should know that our priority is the health and safety of our customer and our employees. Our workers are told to avoid person-to-person contact and seek alternatives in all situations. In addition, we are following protocols and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

Our Wolverine building will be closed, except for salt/filter pick up. Our employees are working from home and available to answer your calls Monday-Friday 9am to 6 PM at (810) 743-1950. We will offer to consult with you over the phone, Skype or Facetime. We are still available (by appointment only) for salt & filter pick up to ensure your water systems are running properly and you have safe, clean drinking water. We are also still available only as necessary for installation, repair and servicing.

For Salt Pickup: 

Monday - Friday  9 AM - 2 PM we will have a very limited staff available only for salt and filter pick up. We are asking that our customers call first to prepay over the phone. To keep contact at a minimum we are asking that customers pay with a credit or debit card if possible. We are asking that customers only pay with cash or check if absoultely necessary. When you come to pick your order you will see signs to knock on the side door of the building to let our staff know you are there for your order and we will load the salt into your car.

Specifically, all of our employees know to stay home if they do not feel well and to see a doctor if necessary. We are also encouraging as many of our employees as possible to work from home. Our service and delivery crews have been trained to do the following: 

  • Wash hands on a frequent basis throughout the day

  • Use hand sanitizer before and after each call

  • Even while on site, to communicate with you electronically as needed 

  • Avoid coming within 6 feet of customers or others, particularly no contact and no shaking hands -- complete social distancing 

  • Use protective gloves and foot protection
