Dear Wolverine customer:
We hope you and your family are staying well during the COVID-19 crisis. These are troubling times for all of us, and we wanted to provide some level of assurance that we will continue providing you with the service you’ve come to expect from us.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued its Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce and has provided further detailed guidance on identifying essential critical infrastructure workers. DHS has included as "essential" all the roles workers in the water treatment industry play in delivering clean, safe water.
You should know that our priority is the health and safety of our customer and our employees. Our workers are told to avoid person-to-person contact and seek alternatives in all situations. In addition, we are following protocols and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Our Wolverine building is now open to the public.
Monday - Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM
Our building is now open to come inside and pay for services, water testing, etc.
Also, we will continue to offer curbside pick up for salt and filters. You can visit to place your order. Once you've completed your order our office will receive your notification immediately. You are welcome to come anytime that day before 4:30 PM. When you arrive follow the signs to the back of the building and call our number. We will bring the order to your vehicle. We are encouraging our customers to use this method to keep the amount of traffic in our building to a minimum and to operate as contactless as possible.
Salt Drop Off:
We are now offering salt drop off for our customers. Please note, this service is drop off only, not an in-home service. We will leave the bags in your desired spot outside i.e, porch, garage, backdoor, etc. At this time our service technicians will not be carrying credit card machines with them. We will be sending the bills via email. You are also able to leave cash or check.
If necessary our workers will bring the salt to the basement or location of the system to fill it up. There will be an extra charge of $5.00 to cover our service technicians PPE equipment. This is a temporary charge and these procedures will change in the near future.
Specifically, all of our employees know to stay home if they do not feel well and to see a doctor if necessary. We are also encouraging as many of our employees as possible to work from home. Our service and delivery crews have been trained to do the following:
Wash hands on a frequent basis throughout the day
Use hand sanitizer before and after each call
Even while on site, to communicate with you electronically as needed
Avoid coming within 6 feet of customers or others, particularly no contact and no shaking hands -- complete social distancing
Use protective gloves and foot protection
